	VIP GETAWAY! Features Queen down Pillow Top mattress, sateen bedding, satellite , in room movies, a new En-Suite featuring a Jaccuzzi Tub, sitting area with a upper balcony. Unwind, and rest easy and enjoy the elegance for the "very important person" in you! Individual room rate: $135.00
	COZY GETAWAY! Features just that! A very quaint, a very cozy room, with a Queen Bed, Goose Down duvet, Sateen bedding. Wireless internet, clock radio. Also includes breakfast. Separate packages available and customized towards our guests. Individual room rate: $105.00
	PRESTIGE GETAWAY Features a "spacious" room, equipped with Sitting Area, Queen Sleigh bed with Pillow Top mattress, sateen sheets, satellite, wireless internet, Cherrywood Fireplace. Includes breakfast. Individual room rate: $115.00

Our rates are as unique as the Guesthouse Getaway! This is not your typical B & B, instead The Guesthouse Getaway! is an Executive home and offers a daily rate of $480 GROUP up to 8. Can accommodate more if require and also offers individual rates. The rates include full use of the Guesthouse Getaway and Suites/Rooms, laundry facilities and 2,000sq ft of open concept Main Floor. Guests are invited to participate in the full sized Oak Games Room (Pool table, Poker table, Darts, Rock Band) and Wet Bar. Enjoy a customized meal in our Chef's Kitchen. Rates also include warm breakfast and use of the two level wrap-a-round-porches. Enjoy the view! Occasional deer, wild turkeys, hawks and a year-round sunset view are just to name a few.
